Damage to carpets that result in extra cleaning will require an additional charge.

We understand that some breakages can’t be helped.

Cancellation Policy

A fee of 50% of the total price of your booking is applicable if you cancel after booking is completed and a fee of 100% of price if two weeks before arrival.

If you depart early no refund will be given.

Travel insurance is recommended.
